Take a deep breath people. Some days are stressful, sometimes people hurt and make us angry. Some things will just never make sense. And yet, we still all have the ability to choose how to deal with life. So find what brings you joy, and spend more time doing that, than worrying about others.

There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer with passion, excitement, and acceptance. We need to learn to love ourselves first, in all our glory and our imperfections. If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot fully open to our ability to love others or our potential to create. Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life.

Love can come when you’re already who you are, when you’re filled with you. Not when you look to someone else to fill the empty space.

Once you start recognizing the truth of your story, finish the story. It happened but you’re still here, you’re still capable, powerful, you’re not your circumstance. It happened and you made it through. You’re still fully equipped with every single tool you need to fulfill your purpose.
